ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Mara Aurora Arredondo

Mara Aurora Arredondo resides in Southern California with her husband, two teenage boys, and two dogs. She received her bachelor's degree in psychology from Azusa Pacific University. She currently works with children of different disabilities and specializes in children with autism. Her favorite things to do is go to her church, read, work out at the gym, and watch her boys play sports (mainly basketball) while representing as the "team mom." She prides herself in being a "boy mom" and a "dog mom."

This children’s book is for all ages but mainly for ages two to nine years of age. This beautiful story captures the magic of self belief through the journey of a little boy who discovers his inner strength in the most unexpected way. The adventure begins with a unique character named Faucet, with his trumpet-shape, glowing head, visits the boy in his sleep. Together, they embark on a quest to reunite Faucet with his best friend Abendiglow, and along the way, the boy discovers that he possesses a power he never thought he had- a power to shine, both literally and figuratively.
